William “Scott” Allen - President/CEO
W.“Scott” Allen started in the solid surface industry in 1985, giving him one of the most extensive experienced backgrounds in solid surface product manufacturing, fabrication and installation. He was trained in Hawaii and has vast experience with all areas of remodeling and how Insolid’s products will integrate into your home or business. Scott has been active in the advanced design and engineering of solid surface products for his entire career, starting when Corian just came out with its first colors. Today, there are 3 primary manufacturers and over 300 colors to choose from. The solid surface industry has come along way and Scott has helped build this industry, every step of the way.
Konrad Perriton - General Manager
Konrad Perriton started in the solid surface industry in 1999, by joining one of Las Vegas’s largest solid surface companies, Creative Surface Solutions, Inc. Starting with the basics and working his way up thru fabrication and installation positions. Konrad than relocated back to Hawaii, where he joined Insolid in 2001, and further honed his skills in solid surface. Konrad worked his way up the ranks and presently holds the position as Insolid’s General Manager. He also handles a good portion on our sales. His involvement from sales to install gives him the ability to deliver, a very personalized service, from concept to completion. He upholds our commitment to being the best solid surface company through its quality, service and professionalism.
Joye Allen - CFO
Joye Allen is part founder and CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of All Tops Inc., dab InSolid. As a professional she’s also family oriented and mother of two teens. Joye is experienced in sales, management, labor & training for the last 23 years in various areas including the food industry, jewelry, company management, construction and mortgage loans and mortgage loan processing. She has been in the Solid Surface industry since 1990, qualified in fabrication, installation, kitchen & bath design, management, training & bookkeeping. Currently as our CFO she handles finance & basic bookkeeping, while assisting our CEO in financial development, overall company development, consolidation, cash flows & analysis of budgets.
Gary Sufrin - Business Developement Manager/Commercial Sales
Gary Sufrin started in the solid surface industry in 2005 with Aloha State Sales. During his tenure there he marketed solid surface and engineered stone to the construction industry, residential sales and through The Home Depot and Lowes stores throughout Hawaii. Gary managed a branch of a large hardware company (and the Formica distributor) for 4 years to customers large and small in the construction industry. He brings his passion for success to Insolid with significant contacts and experience. Gary is helping take Insolid to the next level through higher sales and increased recognition to the premier solid surface product manufacturer in Hawaii.
